Technocore Ni Flux cored wires Nickel-based metal-cored wire reinforced with spherical cast tungsten carbide (Spherotene, ~3000 Hv), ideal for hardfacing components exposed to aggressive abrasion and corrosion. The nickel matrix provides excellent toughness and corrosion resistance, while low heat input ensures carbide integrity and ease of re-application. Suitable for high-value tools requiring extended service life. |
| B. Technocore Fe Flux cored wires Iron-based metal-cored wire containing spherical cast tungsten carbide (Spherotene, ~3000 Hv), developed for cost-effective hardfacing in high-wear environments. The iron matrix delivers solid wear resistance with good weldability. Low heat input helps retain carbide hardness, and the deposit is easily repairable, making it suitable for frequent tool refurbishment. |
