High-performance nickel composite rods containing Spherotene®, spherical cast tungsten carbide (3000 HV).
Specially designed for drilling tools and hardfacing of edges.
Easy to apply using an oxy-acetylene torch or TIG welding — produces no fumes.
Supplied in 5 kg boxes (diameter of 7mm, 490 mm length, 250 gms/rod).

Technology® Plus

Technoloy® is a composite rod manufactured from crushed sintered tungsten carbide grains, bonded with a bronze–nickel matrix (Cu 50, Zn 40, Ni 10) and featuring a low melting point of 870°C.
Originally developed for cutting tools, Technoloy® rods are also ideal for hardfacing applications and wear protection.
Supplied in 5 kg or 10 kg boxes (9mm – Diameter, 450 mm - Length, 250 gms/rod).

A. Technocore Ni Flux cored wires
Nickel-based metal-cored wire reinforced with spherical cast tungsten carbide (Spherotene, ~3000 Hv), ideal for hardfacing components exposed to aggressive abrasion and corrosion. The nickel matrix provides excellent toughness and corrosion resistance, while low heat input ensures carbide integrity and ease of re-application. Suitable for high-value tools requiring extended service life.
B. Technocore Fe Flux cored wires
Iron-based metal-cored wire containing spherical cast tungsten carbide (Spherotene, ~3000 Hv), developed for cost-effective hardfacing in high-wear environments. The iron matrix delivers solid wear resistance with good weldability. Low heat input helps retain carbide hardness, and the deposit is easily repairable, making it suitable for frequent tool refurbishment.

Hardfacing Electrode

Technochrome® HR LISSE High-chromium content (33%) hardfacing electrode designed to produce exceptionally smooth, uniform surfaces with a very low coefficient of friction.
Achieves maximum hardness of 62 HRC with a two-layer weld deposit.
Supplied in 5 kg boxes (450 mm length).
